Job description templates by role (India, 2026)
Job descriptions written for Indian companies, one per role: responsibilities, requirements, CTC and notice-period framing, five screening questions, and the full text to copy or post on ofper for free.
Last updated 3 September 2026. Competitor pricing and plan limits are re-verified against each vendor’s own pages.
40 job description templates, each written for how the role actually works in an Indian company rather than translated from a US template: what the person does, what is genuinely required, how to state the CTC, and the five screening questions that settle the deal-breakers before an interview.
Every template is plain text on the page to copy, and every one can be posted as a job on ofper with the screening questions already attached. ofper is a free applicant tracking system with unlimited jobs.
No salary figures are given. They would be guesses, they go stale within a quarter, and a wrong number on a page about pay is the same problem as a wrong price. Each template says how to state the range instead.
