ofper is a free applicant tracking system with a public job marketplace attached. You can track unlimited jobs and candidates on a Kanban board without paying anything — there is no trial, no card, and no per-job pricing.
1. Create your company workspace
Sign in with your email (we send a one-time code — there are no passwords), then create a company workspace. You only enter your company name; your public address is assigned when you verify — ofper.com/c/your-domain.com after domain verification, or ofper.com/c/your-brand after manual review of your registration documents. Nobody can claim a brand's address by hand.
2. Post a job
Create a job from the Jobs tab. Every job gets a reference number like OF-001 that is unique to your company. Add a description, location, salary range and up to five screening questions.
A job starts as a draft. Open it when you're ready to add candidates. Publishing it to your public page requires a verified company.
3. Work the pipeline
Each job has a Kanban board. Candidates land in Pool, and you can shortlist or reject them with one click — or drag them between any stages you define. Every move is recorded in the candidate's history.
You can rename, reorder, recolor and add stages under Company → Stages. Automation follows the stage's kind (Pool, In process, Hired, Rejected, Screened out), not its name — so rename freely.
4. Verify to unlock the marketplace
Verifying your company unlocks the free Verified tier: a public company page, jobs in the marketplace, candidate self-apply and email through your own mailbox. Verify your domain for an instant result, or request manual document review (up to 2 business days) if your company has no domain. See “Verify your company” for the walkthrough.
