Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account data (your email address and name), the content you create (jobs, candidate records, comments, company details), candidate profile data you enter, and resume files you upload. Sign-in uses one-time email codes; we never store passwords.
Resumes are not read by our servers
Resume text extraction runs in the uploader's own browser. Our servers store the file and the extracted text you submit, but do not parse or analyze resume contents, and no AI model processes them. Identical files are stored once, using a content fingerprint.
The wall between companies and candidate profiles
A candidate's profile belongs to the candidate. Companies cannot look it up, search it, or match against it — even when they hold the same email address in their own records. Profile data reaches a company only when the candidate applies to that company, at which point a copy becomes part of that company's private records. Companies edit their copy; the candidate's profile is never changed by a company.
Who can see what
Data inside a company workspace is visible only to that company's members. A verified company's public page shows what the company chose to publish: its name, self-declared registration details, and published jobs. Applications — including ones screened out by a knockout question — are retained by the company that received them.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data. We don't show ads. We don't use your data to train AI models. We send platform email only for sign-in codes and domain verification.
Analytics on the public pages
The public pages — the marketing site, the job marketplace and company pages — use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages people find through search. Advertising features are switched off everywhere. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics runs without cookies. Analytics does not run inside company workspaces, in candidate accounts, or on offer and interview-booking pages.
How long we keep data
Applications and their screening answers are kept while a job is open and for up to 12 months after the job closes, then deleted automatically. Candidate records a company created manually are kept until the company deletes them. Resume files are removed once nothing references them anymore. Closed jobs are final — a role is reposted as a new job rather than reopened, so past applicants are never silently re-entered into a new hiring round.
Deletion and export
Companies can delete candidate records at any time, and unused draft jobs; closed jobs and the applications they received are retained for the period above. Candidates can delete their profile resumes themselves. You can delete your entire account yourself from your account page — it shows exactly what will be removed and asks you to confirm by email. Note that when a candidate deletes their account, copies of applications already submitted to companies remain with those companies (like a resume you handed over).
