Free careers page: a public company page with every open job, hosted on ofper
Every company that verifies its domain gets a careers page at ofper.com/c/your-company: open roles, company facts, a Verified badge, and a job page per role with structured data for Google for Jobs. Free, with the limits stated.
Last updated 3 September 2026. Competitor pricing and plan limits are re-verified against each vendor’s own pages.
What is on the careers page?
- Your logo, public name and a Verified badge showing the domain you proved you control
- Every open, published job, each linking to its own page with title, location, employment and remote type, salary range if you set one, posted date and application deadline
- An About tab with the description you write and your company facts: website, size, and the registration details you declare
- An apply form on each job page that works on a phone and pre-fills from the candidate's resume
How do you get one?
Verify your company from the company settings. With your own domain: add a DNS TXT record, or receive a code at an email address on that domain — automated, instant and free. Without a domain: submit registration documents for manual review, decided within 2 business days, also free. The page appears as soon as verification completes, and every job you publish from then on is listed. Unpublish or close a job and it disappears from the page within the hour, usually at once.
Does it work with Google for Jobs?
Each job page carries JobPosting structured data generated from the job record: the title, description, location, employment type, salary range where you set one, posting date and deadline. Only fields you actually filled in are emitted. That makes the page eligible for the Google for Jobs listing; Google decides what it indexes and shows.
How do you link it from your own website?
Add a Careers link in your site's menu pointing at ofper.com/c/your-company, or paste the hiring badge from your dashboard: a small image that reads We're hiring and links to your page. It works on Shopify, Wix, WordPress, Webflow or a hand-written site, because it is one line of HTML with no script.
What the careers page does not do
- No custom domain: the page lives at ofper.com/c/your-company, not careers.yourcompany.com
- No theming beyond your logo; the layout is ofper's
- No embedding: the page cannot be placed inside your own site in a frame
- No job board distribution: jobs are not pushed to Naukri, Indeed or LinkedIn
- No page at all until the domain is verified, and none while the company is suspended
Questions, answered straight
Is the careers page really free?
Yes. Verification and the page are included in the free plan. There is no paid tier that adds a custom domain or theming; those do not exist.
Can candidates apply without creating an account?
Candidates apply on the job page with an email one-time code, and their resume text is extracted in their own browser to pre-fill the form. Their profile is theirs, not the employer's.
How many jobs can the page list?
Every open, published job. The page lists up to 200 roles at once, which no small company has reached.
Can I use the careers page without the rest of ofper?
The page is generated from the jobs in your ofper workspace, so publishing a job means creating it there. The pipeline and everything else are free too, so there is nothing to opt out of.
