The service
ofper provides a free applicant tracking system and job marketplace. The core product is free; we may add optional paid services later. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice for material changes.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for activity under your account and for who you invite into your company workspace. Company data belongs to the company; candidate profiles belong to the candidate who created them.
Truthful company information
Company registration details shown on a public company page are self-declared by the company and displayed as such. Publishing false statutory information (such as a fabricated registration number) is a violation of these terms and may carry legal consequences under applicable law. We may suspend or remove companies reported for misrepresentation, fraudulent job postings, or abuse.
Acceptable use
No fake jobs, no fee-charging “recruitment” schemes targeting candidates, no scraping of the marketplace, no uploading content you have no right to share, and no use of the platform to discriminate unlawfully against candidates.
Hiring decisions are yours
ofper provides tools — including automated screening based on rules you configure. You are responsible for your hiring process and for complying with employment and data-protection law that applies to you. Screened-out applications are retained and remain reviewable by you.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ofper is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
