Create a free booking page with Google, Microsoft or Calendly

Set up a free scheduling page in minutes, then paste its link into your ofper job so candidates book interviews themselves — video link included.

For online interviews, a dedicated booking tool is the easiest path: the candidate picks a time on your booking page, and the tool creates the calendar event and the video-call link (Google Meet, Teams or Zoom) automatically.

ofper's built-in booking works great for in-person interviews at your locations. For video interviews, connect one of the tools below instead — every one of them has a free way in.

Option 1 — Google Calendar appointment schedule (free)

If you have a Google account, you already have this. Open Google Calendar, choose Create → Appointment schedule, set your available hours, and turn on Google Meet so every booking gets a video link. Google gives you a shareable booking page URL.

Option 2 — Calendly (free plan)

Calendly's free plan gives you one event type — an “Interview — 30 min” page is all you need. Sign up, connect your calendar, choose Google Meet, Teams or Zoom as the location, and copy your scheduling link.

Option 3 — Microsoft Bookings (with Microsoft 365)

If your company already pays for Microsoft 365 Business, Bookings is included at no extra cost. Create a booking page, add an “Interview” service with Teams meetings turned on, and share the page link.

Paste the link into your job

When creating or editing a job on ofper, the Interview scheduling step has an “Other booking tool” option — paste your booking page URL there (you can add a second URL with its own label, for example one per interview round).

When you move a candidate into an interview stage, ofper asks which link to send and emails it from your own mailbox. The candidate books directly in your tool, and the video link comes from there.
