Kanban hiring pipeline: every candidate in one stage, every move recorded, free

ofper's pipeline is a Kanban board with fixed stages from Pool to Offer accepted. Drag candidates between stages on a desktop, move them from a menu on a phone, and keep a dated history of every move. Available on the free, unverified tier.

ofper's hiring pipeline is a Kanban board with fixed stages — Pool, Shortlisted, Round 1 to Round 5, Offered, Offer accepted, plus Rejected and Screened out — where every candidate sits in exactly one stage.

Every move is recorded with who made it and when, so the history of a candidate is a fact rather than a memory.

The pipeline is the one feature available before a company verifies its domain: sign up and it is there, with unlimited jobs and candidates.

How the board works

Each job has its own board. New applications land in Pool, shown as a strip across the top so that unread applicants are always visible. From there a recruiter drags a card to Shortlisted, then through as many interview rounds as the role needs, to Offered and Offer accepted. Rejected and Screened out are terminal columns: candidates leave the pipeline into them and are kept, never deleted.

A list view is a click away for teams that prefer rows to columns, and the choice is remembered per device.

What is recorded

  • Every stage move, with the team member who made it and the timestamp
  • Interviews scheduled from the card, with the round they belong to
  • Screening answers and whether a knockout was failed
  • The final outcome: hired, rejected or screened out

On a phone

Dragging cards on a small screen is unreliable, so on a phone the board shows one stage at a time with a pager, and each card has a move menu. Nothing needs a hover, and every control is large enough to hit with a thumb.

What the pipeline does not do

  • Stages cannot be renamed, added or removed; the template is fixed
  • No automation rules such as moving a candidate after a set number of days
  • No reporting or funnel charts; the dated history is there, the dashboard is not
  • No bulk actions across many candidates at once
  • No CSV import or export of the pipeline

Questions, answered straight

Do I need to verify my company to use the pipeline?

No. The pipeline, unlimited jobs and manually added candidates are available to every workspace. Verification unlocks the public page, candidate self-apply and email.

How many candidates can a pipeline hold?

There is no cap on candidates. The Pool strip shows the first thirty unread applicants at a time to keep the page fast; the rest are a scroll away in the list view.

Can two people work the same board?

Yes. Everyone in the workspace sees the same board, and each move records who made it.
