Keka pricing (2026): what it costs, and why the page no longer shows it

Keka has removed prices from its own pricing page. Here is the last published India rate card from an archived snapshot, how the hiring module is priced separately, and what is genuinely unknown.

Last updated 29 August 2026. Competitor pricing and plan limits are re-verified against each vendor’s own pages.

Keka's pricing page no longer displays any prices. Checked on 29 August 2026, the page renders no figures, and Keka's FAQ confirms that a setup fee applies without stating the amount.

The last published India rate card, from an archived snapshot dated 2 July 2025, listed the HRMS plans at ₹9,999, ₹12,999 and ₹15,999 per month for up to 100 employees, with per-employee charges above that.

Hiring is a separate module priced separately: Keka Hire Pro at ₹1,500 per recruiter per month and Hire Advanced at ₹2,500, on top of the HRMS subscription. All figures below are historical and should be confirmed with Keka.

Why does Keka's pricing page show no prices?

Because the figures have been removed from it. Checked on 29 August 2026, the live page renders no price for any plan.

In the page source, the per-additional-employee figures remain but are inside HTML comments, and the CSS class that formerly carried the price is styled with transparent text and a blur shadow. Whatever the intent, the practical effect is that a buyer cannot see a price without contacting sales.

Being clear about the limits of that observation: this describes what the page returned on one date. It is not a claim about Keka's commercial intent, and prices may return.

What did Keka cost when it last published prices?

The table below is taken from an archived snapshot of Keka's own India pricing page dated 2 July 2025. These are historical figures, not current prices. They are useful as an order of magnitude and as a record of how the product is structured, not as a quote.

Is hiring included in the Keka subscription?

No. Keka Hire is a separate module with its own plans, its own signup path and its own price, charged per recruiter per month on top of the HRMS subscription.

That produces a two-axis bill: the HRMS priced on employee headcount, and hiring priced on the number of recruiters. A company on the entry HRMS plan with two recruiters on Hire Pro would, at the archived rates, have been paying ₹9,999 plus ₹3,000 a month before any setup fee or tax.

Keka's FAQ confirms that a setup fee applies but does not state the amount. Competitor blogs quote a figure and a GST treatment; those are unverified and are not repeated here.

Is Keka worth it for a small company?

The entry plan was priced as a flat fee for up to 100 employees, which means the per-employee cost falls sharply as a company grows and is at its worst for the smallest teams. A 12-person company paid the same as a 90-person one.

Support is the weakest dimension in Keka's own review profile — 3.9 against a 4.4 overall on Capterra — which is worth weighing if you are buying payroll, where support failures are expensive.

Set against that, Keka is a genuinely deep Indian HR and payroll product with statutory compliance built in, and it reports more than 12,500 customers. For payroll, that is the relevant comparison, and ofper does not compete in it at all.

Should you use ofper instead of Keka?

For most companies looking at Keka, no — and it is worth being direct about that rather than pitching.

If you need payroll, attendance, leave or statutory compliance, Keka is the right kind of product and ofper is not a substitute. ofper has none of those features and is not going to. If you are already paying Keka for payroll, adding Keka Hire at ₹1,500 per recruiter buys you a hiring module that flows candidates straight into your employee records, and free-but-separate does not beat that.

ofper is the better choice in one specific case: you need an applicant tracking system, you do not need an HRMS, and you do not want to buy one to get hiring. ofper is free with unlimited jobs, candidates and team members, and sits alongside whatever you already use for payroll.

What is not known about Keka's pricing?

Stated plainly, because a comparison that hides its gaps is not useful.

  • Current prices. The rate card above is from July 2025 and Keka no longer publishes figures.
  • The setup fee amount. Keka's FAQ confirms one applies but does not state it.
  • Whether the plan structure has changed since the archived snapshot.
  • Contract length, minimum term and billing frequency, none of which are published.
  • Whether the per-recruiter Hire pricing still applies in the same form.
