The Kanban board has its own mobile layout, one stage at a time with a move menu on each card, rather than a squeezed desktop board.

Candidates apply from their phones on the public job page, with the resume text extracted on the device to pre-fill the form.

Design rules

Every touch target is at least 44 pixels. Nothing depends on hover. Pages never scroll sideways; wide tables scroll inside their own container. Forms are usable with one hand. These are build rules, not aspirations: a screen that fails them at 375 pixels is not shipped.

What mobile does not include

No native iOS or Android app; ofper runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen
