About ofper

ofper is a free applicant tracking system with a public job marketplace attached. Companies get unlimited jobs, a Kanban hiring pipeline, screening questions and a verified public company page — without paying anything, ever.

We built ofper around one engineering idea: recruiting software can cost almost nothing to run if it's designed for it. Resume parsing happens in your browser instead of on our servers. Recruiting email goes through your own mailbox instead of ours. There is no AI meter running in the background. Because our costs don't scale with your hiring, we don't need to charge you for it.

The other thing we care about is how candidates are treated. Eight in ten candidates never hear back after applying to a job. On ofper, applications are never silently deleted, screening is transparent, and candidates keep one reusable profile they control — companies only see it when the candidate chooses to apply.

ofper is being built in the open, starting in India, for teams everywhere.
