Freshteam is being discontinued. Freshworks announced the sunset on 7 January 2026 and stopped subscription renewals from 7 March 2026, so every Freshteam customer has to move to another applicant tracking system.

There is no upgrade path inside Freshworks. Freshteam's workflows fold into Freshservice, an IT service-management product, not into another recruiting tool.
