Verification tiers
Verification is progressive. Each tier adds document checks and unlocks more of the platform.
Tier 1 — Verified identity
All four core badges: legal entity, domain, tax ID, and authorized signer. Unlocks doing business on the platform.
Tier 2 — Enhanced trust
Tier 1 plus at least one enhanced badge: corporate documents, trade history, certifications, beneficial owner, or factory verification.
Tier 3 — Premium trust
Tier 2 plus a completed onsite audit. The strongest trust signal on the platform.
Independent freelancers verify with a government-issued ID and can reach Tier 1.

Which documents do I need?
Business registration, tax records, proof of domain ownership, and government-issued ID for the authorized signer. Enhanced badges ask for more — corporate documents, certifications, or trade history.
How long does verification take?
Standard verification is free and typically takes 5–7 business days. You can set up your profile while review is in progress.
