The sourcing workflow
Search
Start with keywords, categories, or location. Filter to verified suppliers to narrow the field.
Shortlist
Compare badges, seller scores, certifications, and catalogs. Keep the three to five best fits.
Request quotes
Message shortlisted suppliers directly, or post one RFQ and let matching bring quotes to you.
Compare
Weigh quotes on total cost — unit price, shipping, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms.
Award and review
Choose your supplier and proceed. After the transaction, reviews go both ways and feed the seller score.
Common questions
What do the verification badges mean?
Each badge is a completed document check. Core badges cover legal entity, domain, tax ID, and authorized signer. Enhanced badges add corporate documents, certifications, factory verification, and more.
What is the seller score?
A 0–100 score built from real transaction performance — delivery, quality, and dispute history. It is separate from verification: badges prove identity, the score tracks behavior.
Can I talk to a supplier before posting an RFQ?
Yes. Message any supplier directly from their profile or listing to ask questions, request samples, or clarify terms before you commit to anything.
How do I keep my sourcing organized?
Your dashboard stores RFQs, quotes, conversations, and supplier credentials in one place. Reviews are two-way, so your own track record as a buyer builds alongside your suppliers'.
